Pasta can get boring at times, but this recipe shows how to pizazz it up a bit. You can use ricotta or cottage cheese and it will have the same outcome. The spinach is perfect in this savory blend and it ensures your family is getting their greens. I loved the flavors and it is similar to lasagna with a different style noodle.
