This is a great and quick recipe. It is easy to make and hard to mess up. I would recommend some extra spices depending on how tolerant to spicy you are. I personally added about a tablespoon of paprika and cumin powder.

I ended up needing to use more buttermilk, crumbs and cheese than in the recipe but I used larger tenders and used nonfat cooking spray in place of butter and it worked well. It was a big hit with my family I have a very picky eater and he’s asked for it 5 times now more than any other recipe. It’s a great dish!

Was really soggy. I guess I used too much cheese and th chicken pieces were too big. Next time I will change and will shallow fry rather than bake.
