I made it twice today! The first time I didn’t put a lot of breadcrumbs the second time I did and let me tell you it does make a difference. I prefer a crusty exterior and if you do too put bread crumbs. I also seasoned it with some onion seasoning before spreading the mayonnaise I also advice before placing it in the oven to have it season 10-15 minutes before.

The flavor was amazing! However, I was in a rush and used frozen chicken breasts and ended uo with a pan of water so the meat kinda steamed which was unattractive. i thought, "No worries, I will just put them on another pan, cook 5 minutes longer. That will crisp up the topping!" Well, it didn't work. When transfering the meat the topping fell off, and what stayed on did not crisp. Needless to say, when I make this again and I will, i will start with fresh chicken, or at least fully thawed meat! It did not look good, but tasted delicious!

Love love love this recipe!!! Very simple to make ... very quick to make ... and it is beyond delicious!!! I did use Italian seasoned bread crumbs, though, and it was scrumptious! I also tried it with panko crumbs ... and also yummy!!! The mayonnaise makes the chicken UNBELIEVABLY moist.

I did modify it by using Ranch dressing instead of mayo. I like the Parm/Romano blend cheese and I prefer Italian seasoned bread crumbs.

This recipe was just OK. Don't let it stay in the oven for more than 35 minutes if you are cooking it on 425 degrees.

Made this last night and it was a success. My husband was a little skeptical because of the mayo but, he changed his mind quickly. Nice flavor, meat was moist, just a light crunch to the crust. Cooking with the foil makes a easy clean up. Served with butter garlic noodles. I will be keeping this for future dinners.

I think this recipe is wonderful The chicken is moist and flavorful. I did not change anything.The recipe is very easy to prepare and I'm sure it would be a crowd pleaser. I certainly will make this again.
