This was real good. I did "kick it up a notch" with Adobo, garlic pepper powder, fresh basil & parsley. I used parchment paper, no oil, boneless skinless breasts shortened the cooking time......Will keep it in the rotation!

Moist when cut into pieces prior to cooking instead of cooking the breasts whole ( also drastically reduced the cook time) Overall a tasty way to prep and cook chicken. In retrospect I would have liked a bit more crunch when biting into it, I might use thick bread crumbs, crushed croutons or Panko next time in addition to the listed breading.

The only thing I ignored in the recipe was I used the regular cheap Parmesan Cheese, not fresh... it was completely fine. There was nothing left and everyone loved it! Will add to our regular rotation!

Good basic recipe ; I cut into strips used 2 egg whites and baked it in air fryer 360 for about 9 minutes . I have a small size therefore this was made in 2 batches .

I liked this recipe quite a bit. Since I'm not using it for weight loss, I'd recommend more cheese and a bit of salt. We half and halved the paprika and garlic powder, which worked really well.
