1 orange
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 250 Celsius.

3Slice the orange in half and remove the seeds. Cut around the edge and in between the segments so that the flesh may be easily removed with a spoon later.
4Sprinkle with the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
