  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (I have to admit I frequently forget this)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 can coconut milk (I've used both light or heavy with success - 400 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup (or 2 T agave nectar or 2 t stevia extract, make your own)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons coconut oil (for greasing)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/2 cups berries

    So good this is a breakfast favorite

    Amazing. Love this recipe. You can use any kind of fruit - I'll even mix in dried raisins or cranberries. And you can leave out the sweetener easily.
