    Had a problem with the middle of the pan staying moist while the outsides browned. Was a great tasting dish.

    Delicious. Added apples and cranberries and wlnuts. Decreased liquid. Halved oil and replaced with applesauce.

    this oatmeal bake is easy, delicious and fluffy. I mixed the cinnamon in with the ingredients and added a handful each of raisins and pecans. The entire dish was quickly gone!

    Good recipe. I used coconut oil then served this with a light drizzle of honey and whipped cream on top. Yum! Note to self: I may reduce the salt next time.
