Just enjoyed this recipe :) Added a bit of lemon pepper and red capsicum and flagged the garlic and cayenne pepper (because I had none), but overall it was absolutely delicious! Thank you for the help!

Every time I have tried to make monkfish in the past, it has always turned out dry and flavorless. However, this recipe packed a lot of flavor to it and the monkfish turned out extremely moist and very flakey. I will be using this recipe from here on out and give it 4 stars.
