    These were very good! They were some pretty big meat balls. I found them a bit salty, so I would just watch that for next time.

    Fantastic, in a word. I substituted Greek Yogurt for the Ricotta cheese, used 7 cloves of garlic and added 1/4 cup grated Parmesan and about 1/4 red wine as well.

    Simple and good, I use store bought marinara sauce. Was a quick dish worked well with spaghetti topped with grated Parmesan
