This recipe was easy to assemble; the only difference next time, I’ll add a second or third cheese type for more flavor.

I did not have enough heavy cream for the sauce so I substituted with milk and butter. It came out ok though very dry so I would recommend using only heavy cream with the other ingredients.

Came out really good, felt like I was using too much cheese but it turned out nice. Ended up adding 2 eggs, garlic salt and pepper for my own personal taste

Really delicious. I added a bit of freshly grated nutmeg and sauteed minced garlic to the cheese sauce and some dried thyme to the breadcrumbs on top. Cheese was a combo of sharp cheddar, gruyere, and parmesan. Salted the pasta water very well and the sauce didn't need any additional salt. Breadcrumbs were panko, parm, and thyme tossed with a bit of olive oil before sprinkling on top. Works great with gluten-free pasta as well, just make sure to undercook it in the water so that it doesn't turn to mush in the bake.

I cut the recipe in half to fit an 8x8 baking dish. Turned out delicious!

It came out amazing! The only thing I did different was used crushed ritz instead of panko. This will be my new go to Mac and cheese recipe!! Yum!

My boyfriend and I loved it! I didn't have any heavy cream though so improvised with regular milk, and added flour for thickening.

It is a good basic recipe for Mac and cheese. I added some curry powder and balsamic vinegar which gave it a little punch. Will make again

I love it. I've been trying to find a good baked mac n cheese recipe for a while now and this is it. I used a couple different types of cheeses but i didnt change anything else.

Okay. We all ate it. Bread crumbs were liked by only half our crowd and I was surprised the cheese on top didn’t melt, it just crusted with the panko. Not sure if I would make this exact recipe again.

No rue made this recipe a breeze! Added a shallot, minced garlic, paprika, and mustard while melting butter. I'm at mid-high altitude (7k+ ft) so not surprisingly, the sauce turned out really thick initially and i had to add about 1/4 cup 1% milk. That did the trick, it came out excellent & my family loved it. Will make again!

Made adjustments like using half & half instead of heavy cream and used different types of cheeses (a mix of white, sharp & mild cheddar; gouda; muenster then mild cheddar on top). Also used more seasoning (Himalayan salt mixed with roasted garlic). Didn't use the bread crumbs at all... Turned out great!

Easy to make! I really liked it but my husband and kids didn’t like the sharp cheddar. Will use half mild cheddar next time.

My family loved this (except my picky eater). He didn’t like the “crust” but I loved it. To me the crust made it delicious!
