This recipe was the first ever Mac and cheese I’ve made. It is an amazing one I might add. I do add a few modifications to mine: More cheese blends and a smoked block cheese on top. Great!!

Delicious, but I should hould have used a sharper cheddar - medium was a little bland. Otherwise great!

absolutely soul filling
used black bean noodles instead and perhaps in my case, might not have needed to soften the noodles at all before baking, but turned out good nonetheless.
This was amazing!!!! I forgot to put the milk in but it was still so good!
Super yummy! I added chopped bacon and it completed the flavor. Straight out of the oven, It was slightly dry before I added extra milk and stirred it up. My husband liked it! And it makes great leftovers!

Was very good but next time I will add an extra half cup of milk. I did add an extra cup of cheese for the grandkids
Followed instructions exactly as written and it turned out amazing.

it was delicious! i think next time I'll add a little more cheese, and maybe throw in some bacon bits. I also forgot to get hot sauce to put on once its finished. a great meal though!
