I didn't have cheddar cheese, so I used colby & Jack cheese instead and came out delicious! not to creamy but very good!

Very good. Kids loved it. I did add some spices (paprika, garlic powder). Leftovers are even better. Added more half and half and butter and reheated in the oven. Will definitely make again.

i improvised because we didn't have shredded cheese and just chopped up 9 slices of a mix of provolone, mild cheddar, and pepper jack, it was so so soooo good.

Easy, quick meal for a weeknight. Husband and kid gave it a thumbs up. I didn't measure the flour salt and pepper and I added smoked paprika and ground mustard to the mixture and a little garlic powder for some zest. I would make this again. 👍🏼
