Perfect and totally easy

The cook time needs to be longer to marry the cheese, milk, flour, and butter. It also needs about 5 cups of cheese total. Overall, after cooking covered for 45 min and then another 20 uncovered we had a great tasting, quick Mac & Cheese

It was very easy to put together, and very tasty I will be making it again. I did add a sprinkle of onion powder just for a little extra flavor.

Great, I followed everything in the recipe except I also used mozzarella cheese and can milk.

Easy enough to prepare but if you use larger elbows expect it not to fit in an 8x11 baking dish just by cutting back on the quantity of ingredients. I used 2 lbs of elbows and 1.5 lbs of cheese and it still only fit a single layer in an 8x11" baking dish with the larger size elbows. The recipe calls for a 9x13" baking dish. Make sure it's tall enough! My wife called the dish the "best Mac and cheese I've ever had.". Who says us guys can't cook at home, right?

This recipe was the first ever Mac and cheese I’ve made. It is an amazing one I might add. I do add a few modifications to mine: More cheese blends and a smoked block cheese on top. Great!!
Lexie 21 Aug
Very very good though I think I added too much cheese but then again that was the best part!

Delicious, but I should hould have used a sharper cheddar - medium was a little bland. Otherwise great!
