It was Amazing! I doubled the recipe to have it as a meal by itself instead of a side. I used Mild cheddar for the cheese. Best mac and cheese Ive ever had. Will make this for generations to come.

It was great! A little liquidy... but still awesome!

It was not very creamy. I used mild cheddar and a couple of slices of sharp cheddar. I also sprinkled cheese on top before baking. I did broil it to crisp up the top for about 3 min after baking.

OK - easy recipe, but labor intensive. Getting the lumps out is no easy feat and requires some serious whisking. Preferably with a small whisk and you’ve got to go to town especially if you want to get that “grainy” texture out. Also, add the cheese in a 1/4 at a time. I did not bake it, but ate it creamy and it is pretty yummy

It tastes like butter and flour... even though I used sharp cheddar cheese.

Fantastic recipe! My family loved it. I ended up using rigatoni and used the whole box of pasta (1 lb) and it turned out great.

turned out great . I used rigatoni noodles . I doubled the ingredients and used the whole box of noodles. delicious. I also sprinkled panko on top and put it under the broiler on low for about 5 to 7 minutes just watch it close so it doesn't burn .

I’m giving it a 4 star because when I first added the pasta in the pan with the cheese it was delicious. It was creamy and really good then I baked it as directed but didn’t eat it right away since we had to wait for the rest of dinner like 25 minutes when I served it, it was no longer creamy. It wasn’t really dry just not creamy. So next time I’m not baking it. I must have over baked even though I followed the directions. So if you want it creamy DO NOT BAKE IT.

Followed the recipe exactly. Turned out way to thick and absolutely tasteless. Had to do a LOT of doctoring to it to have any flavor.

It turned out really good! however i would go with the top of doing 2 cups of pasta instead of 1 1/2 because it seemed like there wasn’t enough pasta
