Yummy! I doubled the recipe and added a little dry mustard and seasoned salt -very good in my iron skillet!

This Mac and cheese recipe turned out great! I used cheddar and Swiss cheeses as recommended. I did add a sprinkling of cheddar and bread crumbs right before browning and put it under the broiler for a minute or two right before serving for a crunchy top. My husband said it was an 8 out of 10.....he wanted it even crispier!!
Loved the recipe, this is my second time cooking it! Added one half teaspoon onion powder, garlic powder, paprika. Used colby, monterey jack, sharp and mild cheddar cheese. I also used Dreamfields penne rigate, a carb friendly pasta. Delicious!!!

yummy and gooey and all good! I added a tbspoon of mild mustard, and replaced a third of thr cheese with shredded Parmesan, for a bit more sharpness. perfect for a cold winter night.

Delicious... i read other reviews and saw others said it needed more spice. I added 1 tsp of garlic powder, and a splash of garlic powder... i used 1 cup of sharp cheddar, 1 half cup swiss ans 1 half cup of harvarti with dill.

Turned out quite good. I used one cup medium cheddar cheese and one cup pepper jack cheese. Also substituted organic chickpea fusilli pasta. Next time I will use two cups of the organic chick peas fusilli. This was nice and cheesy.

The 3 stars is my opinion, 4 if it had a little more flavor. Everyone else who had this for dinner tonight gave it 5 stars. I added bacon bits to it. Probably add some bacon cubes next times
I used mozzarella but it did give it enough cheese flavor. But this was a good and simple recipe.
