The kids loved it!!! The parents asked for seconds. Best Mac and cheese

Made it twice—once as it is in the recipe, and the second time with double the amount of cheese. With only two cups of cheese it was a little bland. Husband said it was the best mac n cheese he’s ever had when I used more cheese.

This Mac and cheese recipe turned out great! I used cheddar and Swiss cheeses as recommended. I did add a sprinkling of cheddar and bread crumbs right before browning and put it under the broiler for a minute or two right before serving for a crunchy top. My husband said it was an 8 out of 10.....he wanted it even crispier!!

Loved the recipe, this is my second time cooking it! Added one half teaspoon onion powder, garlic powder, paprika. Used colby, monterey jack, sharp and mild cheddar cheese. I also used Dreamfields penne rigate, a carb friendly pasta. Delicious!!!
