Made this, and now my mom wants me to do all the cooking at home! I accidentally added the salt to the lemon-butter, and attempted to hold on salting the tilapia to compensate. Still turned out delicious! Made it with herb roasted potatoes and herb & goat cheese stuffed mushrooms. This dish would likely go well with rice and some type of veggie side.
