The ribs in this recipe is briefly marinated in a mixture of oil, worchestershire sauce, herbes de provence, and spices, which ensures they will be super flavorful once they are cooked. The herb mixture coats the ribs and when they are cooked it become a bold and flavorful crust. This recipe does take a little time to prep and cook, to make sure you plan ahead to ensure you have enough time.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 2 tablespoons herbs de provence
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • hot sauce
  • worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pork ribs
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a bowl, add oil, paprika, herbs, onion powder, garlic powder, and a few drops each of hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  2. Coat the ribs with the marinade mixture and rub thoroughly. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
  4. Remove the ribs and place on aluminum foil. Cover with aluminum foil and seal the foil together.
  5. Place the ribs in the oven and roast for 2 hours.
  6. Remove the ribs from the foil and turn on the oven's broiler. Broil for a few minutes.
  7. Serve warm with barbecue sauce.
