This recipe tastes great, is easy to make and is a great alternative for the standard baked potato. And you don’t need to add butter or sour cream because the ingredients work so well together saving you extra calories. Awesome and thanks!

Really nice result. Just watch out for burning of the slices at the top if you plan to cut very thin.

Fantastic. More of a savory dinner dish and not so much a breakfast food. Used garlic olive oil and Italian seasoning. Turned out great.

Takes longer than I thought, I mean like i don’t know how to bake fast, i just threw in long sliced carrots, tomatoes.. nice vibrant combo, i have learned a few tricks too and definitely couldn’t slice that potatoes so thin

this turned out great not hard to fix by the looks of the dish it looked hard to make the looks were deceiving. The potato was crisp on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside.

Easy to make & a get change up to the normal potato. They were crunchy on the outer section, but soft in the middle. Will add this to my side dishes.
