this turned out great not hard to fix by the looks of the dish it looked hard to make the looks were deceiving. The potato was crisp on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside.

Easy to make & a get change up to the normal potato. They were crunchy on the outer section, but soft in the middle. Will add this to my side dishes.

So far so good. I made the mistake of reading the Celsius as Fahrenheit and cooking for 1-1/2 hours at half the heat I was supposed to 😢 That was my bad. By the time I increased the temp and cooked until soft, they were pretty dried out and lost the infused oil flavor. They were still good though. Will definitely try again 👍🏼
