Ingredients

loin (Hake)
chopped garlic
mustard
pepper
bay leaves
seasoning
1 lemon juice
1 package cream (or a little white sauce or Bechamel)
1 onions (thinly sliced)
bread crumbs
2 tablespoons ketchup
cheese slices (to taste)
smoked salmon (strips)
salt
olive oil

Directions

1Season the hake loins with the mixture of spices, salt, minced garlic, and lemon juice, and let marinate for a few hours.
2Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
3Arrange onion slices on a baking plate, and place hake loins on top. Spread ketchup on the hake, and cover with salmon, cheese slices, and finally the breadcrumbs.
