Ingredients

  • 2 russet potatoes (large)
  • 1/2 cup garlic butter (Chef Shamy Parmesan Basil)
  • 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • pepper
  • parsley (for garnish)

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°
  2. 2Cut your potatoes into 4 slices, then cut each slice into four fries
  3. 3In a bowl, toss the potatoes and melted Chef Shamy Garlic Butter (for more garlic flavor, add more butter)
  4. 4Lay out fries on a sheet pan, making sure that they don't overlap
  5. 5Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly over your potatoes
  6. 6Bake at 400° for 25-30 minutes, or until the fries are golden brown and starting to get crispy
  7. 7Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  8. 8Garnish with parsley
  9. 9Serve with your preferred dipping sauce
