    Instead of pouring the butter on the pan, I combined the ingredients in a bowl warmed in the microwave, tossed and then baked the shrimp on parchment paper.. Moe butter!

    It was really good but I don't think I got enough garlic in it. I served it over fettuccine.

    Also seasoned the shrimp with a tsp. lemon pepper, 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes for just a little heat & 1 Tbsp. lemon juice. Slightly steamed off some thinly sliced bell peppers in the microwave & added to Angel hair pasta along with the shrimp & sauce. Delicious.
