Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Arrange the shrimp in an even layer in the baking dish. Season with the salt and black pepper. Pour the melted butter over shrimp and sprinkle with garlic and grated Parmesan cheese. Toss with a rubber spatula to coat.
- Bake the shrimp on middle rack of oven until just opaque, 8-10 minutes. Be careful not to overbake.
- Check to see that shrimp is done. Remove from oven or add time as needed.
- Sprinkle shrimp with the Parmesan cheese and minced parsley. Serve immediately.

Instead of pouring the butter on the pan, I combined the ingredients in a bowl warmed in the microwave, tossed and then baked the shrimp on parchment paper.. Moe butter!

It was really good but I don't think I got enough garlic in it. I served it over fettuccine.

Also seasoned the shrimp with a tsp. lemon pepper, 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes for just a little heat & 1 Tbsp. lemon juice.
Slightly steamed off some thinly sliced bell peppers in the microwave & added to Angel hair pasta along with the shrimp & sauce.
Delicious.

Not a shrimp person* I STILL ATE IT. I made it for my fiancé because he loves shrimp and I figured I’d try some too - very tasty.
*except in Dim Sum... weirdly
