Lovely dinner We added sausage and a bit of mozzarella that we had in hand. Will definitely be adding this to our routine.

The yoke was over cooked, while the white was still runny. I had to mix it all together to cook the white through. I might try covering with tinfoil next time. It was tasty though.

Substituted the chilli for paprika and added diced chorizo. Delicious! Perfect for finishing up left over tomato sauces.

Added red pepper and parmesan and it was really good. Also seperated the yolks and put them on top for the last few mins so they weren't too cooked

Didn't really like it,a bit tasteless and watery. Wouldn't make it again, there are nicer dishes you can make with eggs.

I had a problem with some things but finally get delicious dinner. Prepared for two people in two bowls with two eggs each. 15 minutes on my oven was not enough. 20 were great. I should drain off tomatoes because this one from can had to much water.
