This was delicious!! My very picky seven year old even liked it. I did add a little mozzarella cheese to the top, and I put the Italian seasoning in with the meat.

We loved it! Made an extra pan of sauce to put on top when serving. I made it with meatballs instead of ground beef. Made it with mozzarella instead of Parmesan.

Really delicious! I used ground turkey because we had just eaten beef. I sautéed the garlic with the meat, and added salt, pepper, dried onion, and Italian spices to the jarred sauce. I put a tiny bit of butter on the spaghetti (about 1 Tbsp.) because the cream cheese was clumping up when melting. I also used some shredded mozzarella on top with the Parmesan. My family and I really liked the flavor, and will definitely make again with beef or sausage. (I am revising my initial review from 4 to 5 stars because this has become my most repeated recipe this past year!)

Great recipe on it's own. My 4 star review is based on the initial recipe. If you want to put a spin on it, here is what I tried and it turned out great. 1) swapped out spaghetti for spaghetti squash (1 medium size), 2) added diced spinach (1-1/4 cup) 3) swapped out the parmesan for sun dried tomato & basil seasoned grated parmesan 4) added shredded Colby Jack / Cheddar cheese (1 cup)

Used quinoa spaghetti, reduced fat cream cheese, and ground turkey. Husband said it was best spaghetti he'd had in a longtime.
