Great for dinner parties or any summer event. this hearty recipe is a great idea for an appetizer. The spicy curry gives the crispy chicken a savory taste.

Ingredients

  • 10 chicken wings
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon curry
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Marinate the chicken wings by placing them in a bowl with a good amount of oil, curry, sesame seeds, and a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste. Thoroughly mix until the wings are completely covered.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap, and place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 5 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  4. Add the chicken wings to a baking dish and bake for 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown.

These are amazing. I loved them and so did my husband and kids. These are excellent to eat while watching a game or movie on tv. I have added this one as a go to recipe for quick, fun, convenience foods. Thank you for sharing.
