This was the best chicken parmesan I have ever had! Juicy and tender would recommend, But I only gave this recipe 4/5 because I needed more sauce and less cheese. Still would recommend!

this turned out amazing on the first run through even tho i didnt have any cooking spray. i just basted oil on instead and seemed to come out great. i overcooked the chicken a tad so it was drier than preferred, but reminded me of the chicken parma i used to get at the pub!

Easy prep. But the chicken was not cooked through with the time/directions given. I ended up having to cook it further on the stovetop.

This turned out very well. The coating of the chicken was nice and crunchy while the chicken inside was juicy. Would definitely make again.

Turned out great. If using foil instead of parchment paper, be sure to spray the pan with non stick cooking spray.

I made it with gluten-free panko and flour. And I added oregano and thyme to the panko/parm mix. Also flattened the chicken with a tenderizer so it cooked evenly. Turned out well!
