Wow! Best Parmesan, I even ran out of butter and just sprinkled the remaining bread crumb mix on top of the chicken and drizzles everything with a bit of olive oil and it really came out very crispy and juicy! Very impressed by this simple yet really flavorful recipe

I added eggs to the butter the second time I made it because I think it helped hold the breadcrumbs a bit better.

I had to cook longer than the 25 minutes advised. The coating didnt attach to 2 of the chicken breast. It 1 was definitely convenient and I like the fact that it all took place in the oven. However on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a five and I will try another chicken parmesan recipe the next time. It was a little bland and I actually seasoned it with salt, pepper, a little bit of garlic little bit of Rosemary and I let it marinate 24 hours and I still thought it was a flavor-less LOL In the and I added a little something something to it to make it my own and it had more flavor.
