This turned out very well! Using butter to coat the chicken with the bread crumbs instead of egg really enhances the flavor. I chose to make my own marinara and also topped it with a little pesto. Definitely making again.

Amazing! All of my friends are asking me to make this again. I used Italian herb panko crumbs for the breading which was such a great choice. Highly reccommend!

Wow! Best Parmesan, I even ran out of butter and just sprinkled the remaining bread crumb mix on top of the chicken and drizzles everything with a bit of olive oil and it really came out very crispy and juicy! Very impressed by this simple yet really flavorful recipe
