Best baked chicken I’ve ever made or had at home. My wife agrees. I didn’t skimp on the seasoning though which made a great flavorful breast. I only added 2-3 minutes on the cook time. Other than that it was perfect

A true delight. Simple, yet pleasing both to the palate and the eyes!! A culinary challenged Dad can be a hero with this one. The brine is key to the success. Also, allow the chicken to rest undisturbed by noisy children for the minimum recommended ten minutes. Everyone, even a roasted chicken, needs a few undisturbed moments. Highly recommend!! So easy to make. The chicken was so juicy. Loved the seasoning mix in the recipe, but I added a little bit of lemon juice over top after seasoning. Don’t be afraid to add extra seasoning! Its so good!
