Came out pretty well . Just add enough salt and pepper (or whatever other seasonings you like) to your taste. The right cheeses are the key, don’t go cheap. Also, watch some YouTube videos on how to make a roux. It’s easier to understand after seeing it done than reading a recipe.

Directions were clear cut; however, got a little Gray when it came time to make the sauce. Better off just buying the sauce and then completing the entree

It was delicious! I added a little more cheese than it calls for and I also doubled the recipe for more people and it turned out great. I also used whole milk to make it a little richer and thicker.

I may have over did it on the roux - was a bit too runny or maybe I just don't know how to make it. I kept adding more flour to thicken it and added more milk and butter if it was too thick LOL so that may have made it crazy and cause my dish to be bland. However, knowing that it was probably going to be off, I added in extra garlic powder and garlic salt. Next time, (if I can make the roux correctly) I'll add in more fresh garlic and more seasonings. Definitely extra parm too! Getting the Italian cheese helps with the extra flavor too. What was supposed to be easy turn a little crazy for a second - but clean up was no problem at all!!

Great recipe, my kids ask for it everyday for a full week, until I made it again. This recipe was easy to make and didn't take much time, which is great for a weeknight meal. I did tweak it a bit by adding broccoli florets on top and the toping with a bit more cheese and fried onions.

I doubled the recipe and it was tasty. I added some diced tomatoes, paprika, and extra garlic. Very cheesy!
