Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200C.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into small, bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper to the bowl and mix everything together.
  4. Cover a large baking tray with oil or cooking spray.
  5. Place the cauliflower into the oven and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Take the tray out of the oven, cover the cauliflower with parmesan cheese and then place the tray in the oven again for 5–7 minutes.
  7. Once 5–7 minutes have passed, serve the cauliflower on a plate.
