It turned out juicy and delicious I made it for my kids and I so I left out the res pepper flakes and decreased the Cayenne pepper by a bit. I cooked it for slightly longer than the recipe called for - almost 24minutes at 450

so simple to make. i added an extra 1/4 tsp of each pepper the second time to make it hotter though. after making it a couple of times, I've mixed up the spices in bulk in a shaker to have the mixture ready for next time(s).

Spice too strong for 3 breasts and a bit dry. I would say the spice amt is good for 6 breasts, but not 3, no matter the size. I wish I had used left over tomato sauce that I had and almost used, because I was concerned about dryness. I would bake in a sauce if I make this againand use less spice mixture for 3 breasts. Also, we love spicy, but this was a bit much.

Loved it! I also loved baking on high heat so it didn't take forever. I guess little chicken breasts will bake faster, but mine were certainly not those.

The dish came out awesome! The chicken was tender & juicy and so packed with flavor! I just dialed down the 1/3rds to 1/4ths, being that my son isn’t a fan of spicy food and I wanted him to enjoy it as well. I will be making it again...
