- 1 sheet pastry dough (puff, or 1 tube of refrigerated crescent dinner rolls)
- 1 brie cheese (round or wedge of, do not remove rind)
- raspberry jam (or other sweet jam)
- brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup

It was very tasty, however I guess 30 minutes was a bit too long in my oven, as the cheese was all melted and all over my pan. I will try again sometime but either lower temp or time.

This is seriously heavenly. Every time I make this dish, it gets rave reviews. It's very easy to bake, but if you want to take it out of the bakeware to serve, i would recomend placing the cheese on parchement paper when bajing to make removing it from the pan easier.
