This turned out great! I used Allouette Brie and Athens Phyllo dough. I followed the recipe exactly, except instead of preserves, I used some whole berry cranberry sauce mixed with a handful of dried cranberries and sprinkled it with a handful of chopped pecans before wrapping on the last layer of phyllo dough. I served it with slices of French bread and everyone at the party loved it!
