Ingredients

2 beets (medium)
4 cloves garlic (peeled)
1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (crushed)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
salt
ground black pepper

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2Peel and cut the beets into wedges.
3Place them on an aluminum foil sheet. Add the garlic, rosemary, oregano, oil, vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste.
4Close the aluminum foil sheet and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
5Serve warm, as a side dish or salad.
