Ingredients

  • 500 grams pinto beans
  • 10 coriander (leaves)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 liters water
  • salt

Directions

  1. 1Wash the beans under running water and then add them in a large pot.
  2. 2Add the coriander, garlic, coriander, oil, and water. Mix well.
  3. 3Cook on medium-high heat and cover the pot with a lid.
  4. 4Bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and cook for 3 hours over low heat.
