Indeed crispy and yes easy I decided to use garlic salt rather than kosher resulting in a tasty zing!

It was good, but had little taste. Will probably modify if I make again.

Kind of bland but not too bad

It took longer to bake and it needed a little salt to taste

I crushed tortilla chips and used them instead of panko, but it still turned out nicely. I'm noticing a few reviews that say the necessary bake time was longer than 10-12 minutes....one says they had to bake for 45 minutes. Not sure if this varies oven to oven, but I halved the recipe (1/2 lb asparagus) and ended up baking for about 17 minutes to get a nice crispness.

I served this to dinner guests; they loved it. The theme of the dinner party was "adult versions of kid foods." I served adult versions of pigs in a blanket, the asparagus fries and ricotta Mac n cheese. I made blueberry waffle cone I scream for dessert. When making the asparagus I used Greek seasoning to give it an extra kick. They also needed to cook for about 45 minutes, longer than expected.

Absolutely amazing! Not your ordinary dish in case you're looking for something new. Not hard to make either though and fairly quick. And super yummy!

Love this recipe asparagus is one of my favs and always looking for a new way to make it. They turned out very good, love the crispness of them. I agree with another reviewer a little messy to make but to me well worth it.

A nice change from the traditional recipes. I like the crunchiness of the breadcrumbs. They are messy to make however and would love to figure out a way to handle eggs, flour, & breadcrumbs without it getting caked on my hands...
