Ingredients

1/2 garlic cloves
2 ounces white wine
fresh parsley
olive oil
16 anchovies
salt
bread crumbs

Directions

1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2Add the garlic, wine, parsley, and oil to a blender. Blend until emulsified.
3In a baking dish, place the butterflied anchovies and salt them.
4Pour the garlic mixture onto the anchovies. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
5Plate and serve with salad.
