Description

This easy-to-make recipe combines salty anchovies and sweet white wine with a crunchy coating that will create the perfect hors d’oerve for your next dinner party. Ingredients

  • 1/2 garlic cloves
  • 2 ounces white wine
  • fresh parsley
  • olive oil
  • 16 anchovies
  • salt
  • bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. Add the garlic, wine, parsley, and oil to a blender. Blend until emulsified.
  3. In a baking dish, place the butterflied anchovies and salt them.
  4. Pour the garlic mixture onto the anchovies. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Plate and serve with salad.
