Ingredients

  • loin (Hake)
  • 1 lemon
  • spices (Fish seasoning, pepper, ginger, fennel, coriander seeds)
  • olive oil (to taste)
  • 1 onions (thinly sliced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
  • 1 leeks (thinly sliced)
  • 1 carrots (grated)
  • 200 milliliters cream
  • sauce
  • 200 milliliters Béchamel Sauce
  • bread crumbs (to taste)
  • grating cheese (to taste)

Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2Season the hake loins with lemon and spices (pepper, ginger, fennel, and coriander seeds).
  3. 3Heat the olive oil in a skillet, and saute the onion and garlic.
  4. 4Add the leek, carrot, and a little white wine, and let it cook a bit.
  5. 5Mix the cream with the white sauce.
