  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup Bailey's Irish Cream liquor
  • 2 tablespoons Irish whiskey
  • 1/2 cup salted caramel
  • 2 scoops caramel ice cream (Bailey’s whiskey)
  • 14 ounces guinness (cold)

This was creamy, rich and had a wonderful flavour. I used Jack Daniels as a substitute for the additional Irish whiskey which paired wonderfully with the Baileys. I took the time to make a quick caramel sauce and glad I did as it’s so much better than store bought. Highly recommended!
