Very moist and delicious! Kept well in a covered tin. Tastes better on the 2nd day. Everyone loved it.

This was without a doubt one of the best cakes I have ever made! Absolute raves from my friends. A few minor changes I made - I substituted butter for the oil in the cake recipe. I made 1 1/2 X the glaze recipe increasing the Bailey's to a 1/2 cup total. You DO want to have extra to spoon over the slices! Great made a day in advance. I was worried that I had over baked the cake at first, but I was later informed you want it a bit drier so it will absorb the glaze without turning to mush. Already planning on tweaking this to make a "Mudslide" version. AMAZING!!!
