    these are a rock solid staple for me. easy to make, easy to share, they make great house warming or party gifts, and they are delicious. they're also vegan, which checks a lot of boxes in my social circle. Two thumbs up!

    These are pretty good! If you are in the mood for some variation, I suggest extending the proof time and kneading time, adding a teaspoon of honey or brown sugar to the water and bake until dark brown; they turn out like Montreal style bagels.

    First time I ever tried homemade bagels and they turned out great! Surprisingly easy and fun to make and more fun to eat. Will make them again real soon.

    Really love this recipe. They turned out just perfect :) totally worth the time it took me. Great with cream cheese, rocket salad, smoked salmon, capers and tomatoes :)

    It takes a bit of time, but at the end, it's all worth it. They were soft on the inside and semi-crunchy on the outside. Everyone in my family loved it!
