    This was such a Christmas morning hit! I didn’t notice that it said to sit overnight until I had prepared it. I just refrigerated it for an hour and then cooked it. I can’t imagine it tasting any better!

    i made it last night for supper and it turned out to be a hit. you dont have to do it the night before unless you just want to. i didnt, i just put it together let it set for 10 min then put it in the oven for 45 min.

    I had browned sausage (1 lb mild with 1l lb hot) in the freezer and used half of that instead of bacon I used cubed wheat bread added 1tsp onion powder with a cup of cheddar and a cup of mozzarella cheese . It turned out great! Will definitely make again! Bread is much lighter than hash browns that are in so many other breakfast casseroles!

    Delicious!! I used mozzarella and cheddar , and added onion powder Also substituted regular mustard since I didn’t have dry mustard on hand This is super easy and quick and I’d definitely a keeper!

    Delicious, easy and SO versatile! I followed the recipe except I swapped crumbled mild Italian sausage for the bacon, Swiss cheese for the cheddar, and added chopped roasted red peppers, sautéed mushrooms and caramelized onions. Will definitely try different variations in the future.

    The taste was better than expected, but I don't think it needed as much milk. It also does not need cooked for a full hour, I did mine for 45 minutes and any bit more it would have been burnt! It was already nicely browned with that cook time. The recipe is very versatile though. This would be great with sasuage or steak in place of bacon, or with it as well. It would also be good with vegetables like, onions, broccoli, cherry tomatoes and/or peppers and you can switch the cheeses up as well. I think a top coat of grated parmasen would add even more great flavor to the eggs.

    Turned out okay, needs more specific quantity details. It didn't look as expected and it didn't need to be cooked so long.
