  • 2 bunches green onions
  • 16 ounces pasta wheels (Camembert or Brie)
  • 5 ounces baby spinach (fresh)
  • 2 ounces heavy cream

    Directions

    1. Chop bacon and cook in pan until crispy, add chopped green onions. Meanwhile bake brie at 375.
    2. When brie is melted in the center, cut open, remove rind and add melted brie to the pan with the bacon, and green onion. Add a touch of cream to thin out mixture..
    3. Mix well, take off heat, and serve on crepes.
