Tastes so good. Cooking time seriously varies based on the thickness of the chicken breast. If I could do it different I wouldn’t cut the breasts a little bit thinner. And definitely cook the bacon in the pan first because it doesn’t cook evenly with the chicken time. But wow, once you make a few tweaks and guess and check this recipe is an absolute winner!

My family loved it!! My husband is not a fan of heat so I left the peppers out of his but added extra for me and mom....I baked it for half an hour at 375, then 450 for about 10 mins but the bacon did not cook all around so I fried in a pan until bacon was crispy on all sides...Next time I will fry all sides of bacon first, then bake at 375 for half an hour.

Easy and delicious!!!! i used green peppers and red peppers instead with jalapeño cheese because of the sensitive mouths in my family :-) but came out amazing!!

This recipe was so good, but so spicy! Very simple and easy to follow recipe and I, for sure, will be making this again! Because of the cheese and bacon, the chicken really didn't need to be seasoned all that much. I used jalapeño peppers and it was so delicious, but so spicy. If you're a fan of spicy food, make this with jalapeño peppers!

I love this recipe! I"m making it tonight for our very non-traditional Christmas dinner. I did decide to make a seasoned - salt and sugar water brine. I created my own seasonings for the brine which had some pepper, red pepper flakes, thyme, bay leave flakes and a spice or two that I can't think of off hand. And I tossed in about a tablespoon of lemon juice. I wanted to use lime but didn't have any on hand. After my brine of 1 part sugar to two parts salt had been simmered on the stove and the mixture had gone from cloudy to clear, I added my spices and removed the brine from the heat.. After the brine came to room temp. I added chicken breasts to the seasoned mixture and popped it in the oven to soak up the spices and moisture for 4 - 6 hours. I can't wait to taste these juicy babies! It's going to be Muy Caliente!

Thought this was easy and a great go to for flavorful chicken recipe. I will be making this again. I did season the chicken with my own seasoning but otherwise followed the recipe to the T
