Love this dish. Used ingredients I already had on hand! Easy & deeeeeelish. Thinking it would also be good with spinach & tomato added!! Reheats well, so cook once, breakfast all week. BONUS: I actually had something turn out just like the picture!! (but i can't upload my pic!)😢
