Description

I have a massive amount of love for this recipe. One, because it involves bacon. Two, because it looks fancy schmancy and tastes fancy schmancy but it's actually really easy to make. With only 5 ingredients and 40 minutes of your time, these are the perfect appetizer or little bites addition to your holiday party, family gathering or weeknight dinner…

    Directions

    1. Open and drain water chestnut cans. Place in bowl.
    2. Cover water chestnuts with aminos and balsamic vinegar. Let soak for 10-15 minutes. If not fully submerged, you can add more aminos or just stir every few minutes.
    3. While the water chestnuts are soaking, preheat the oven to 400 degrees and place bacon in the freezer to firm it up a bit. This will make it easier to slice.
