Bacon Wrapped New Potatoes

  • 8 ounces bacon
  • 1 pound new potatoes (baby, scrubbed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (flakes)
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (fresh chopped flatleaf)
  • steak sauce
  • grated parmesan cheese
  • salad

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut each slice of bacon into three pieces. Wrap each potato with a piece of bacon and place, seam-side down, on a baking tray. Sprinkle with the salt flakes and season with freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Bake for 35–40 minutes until the bacon is golden and the potatoes tender. Sprinkle with the fresh chopped parsley. Serve with steak sauce or ketchup for dipping or with salad and freshly grated Parmesan cheese, if liked.
