  • 1 kielbasa (cut into 4)
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 4 slices bacon (Maple Cured)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup bbq sauce (Honey)
  • 1 cup honey mustard

    Directions

    1. Wrap each piece of kielbasa with bacon and secure each end of bacon with a toothpick, pan fry over medium high heat just until brown and crispy.
    2. Place the brown sugar onto a plate and roll each side of the cooked kielbasa in the sugar then place onto a baking sheet.
    3. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes, until the brown sugar has melted and caramelized.
    4. Take the baking sheet out of the oven and let cool for a few minutes so you can handle them to pull out the toothpicks.
