Thumbs up! I made this for my wife for a Monday night dinner. She has a rough day at work so the timing was perfect. I used a very large boneless chicken breast and split it into two thinner pieces. I didn't have fresh sage so I used dried. I also heated canned potatoes in the bacon drippings in place of roasted potato. She liked it so well that she took leftovers for lunch the next day! I will make this one again.
