It was pretty good.. I used a ranch dip packet instead of ranch dressing to me it has more flavor, also added celery. Will add boiled egg next time I think tho and only put green onions on top as this time they were added throughout.

This turned out SO good. My husband doesn’t normally like potato salad, but I finally found one he will eat! I omitted the green onions and added some dill weed and pepper.

I used this recipe for macaroni salad and hubby raved that it was the best macaroni salad he had ever had. I added a little bit of horseradish mustard to give it a little kick of heat.
