  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons margarine (or 3 tablespoons butter)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt (I use garlic powder though, and extra of it)
  • 3/4 cup skim milk (is fine)
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes (instant)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided in half)
  • 1 tomatoes (medium, chopped)
  • 2 green onions (sliced, or you can use white onion)
