- 7 1/2 ounces Pillsbury Biscuits (in the 4 value pack If you cant find that size you can buy the bigger pack and weigh out, for those that can't find pillsbury products, try using pizza dough, however the points may be higher.)

- 2/3 cup shredded cheese (light, I use WW Mexican blend)

it needed a bit more liquid to really meld with the biscuits. next time i think ill add some beef broth to loosen it up. but the flavor was delicious!

I added about a cup of leftover pastrami to the mixture and it added another level of flavour.

A family favorite. We made it with turkey bacon and extra lean ground beef and it was delicious!
Tara 30 Mar 2017
The flavor was nice. I wish I had used a smaller cooking dish though, as the meat was very spread out and there was a lot of biscuit showing through. I'll definitely be making this again!

Turned out good. Was easy to prepare especially since I keep 1 pound bags of pre cooked burger in the freezer. I used grands biscuits which did not alter taste maybe the rose a little more. One pan to mix in and one pan to bake in. And now 3 of us have lunch tomorrow. Nice to try something different. I will make it again.

Terrible! Sure, easy to make, all the cheeseburger ingredients, yada, yada. Came out dry even with adding a little extra cheese and bacon. No big deal. Save your ground beef for a real burger. We figured there was absolutely nothing we could have done to improve this dish. There are lots better recipes out there.

I bought butter flaked biscuits, by mistake, so that altered the taste. I didn't care for that also my onion was bad, so I didn't have the onion either. Otherwise it was good.

At first I was skeptical that this would be that good. How could a hamburger be good as a casserole? After the first bite I was blown away. Biscuit bottom, cheesy, it's better then any burger I have had in months. All for 210 calories? Yes please.

Delicious!!! Full of flavor. I couldn't believe how low the calories are for a dish so good. My 10 year-old and my husband loved it. Will be a regular, for sure.
Ashia Hightower 10 May 2016
Pretty good, but I added a bit more cheese though so that it would truly be cheesy. Turned out delicious though.
