The instructions for this recipe were easy to follow and great for a weeknight dinner. The frittata came out clean from my skillet which is often an issue for me. I'm sending this recipe to my friends and family!

Turned out great. Added cheese.

I tweaked the recipe slightly, i diced the bacon and cooked it off before adding diced onions and red peppers. I also boiled the potatoes for a few minutes and blanched the asparagus before adding it to the bacon/onion/pepper mixture. (Seasoning as I went)...I also used a cupcake pan instead of a large pan to finish the frittatas off. This was for portion control. My boyfriend loved it!! Next time I make this, I will add cheese to add more flavor

This was a lovely breakfast on Mothers' Day. Now one of my favourite dishes. Will make this often for my family as my sons are hearty breakfast fans. Thank you for this MD gift.

I made this tonight and was quite disappointed. The flavors did not seem to blend together at all, it was just bacon, potatoes and asparagus on top of egg. If I make it again, I will slightly precook the potatoes (they were raw tasting even after browning for much longer than the recipe called for - and cut in smaller pieces) and blanch the asparagus. I also recommend sprinkling the whole thing with parmesan before baking. It just needed something to give it some zing. I'll do that before reheating what's left for brunch tomorrow. I love quiche with these ingredients but this recipe just didn't work as well.

I thought this was wonderful. Did put a few""shavingss" of dark chocolate into the mix! This is what I have been doing for many years, to rave reviews. The chocolate does not affect the flavor, just gives it an added touch!
