- 1/4 cup BACARDI® Gold Rum
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 0confectioners sugar
- 2 cups walnuts (ground, from 2-1/2 cups chopped walnuts)
- In a medium bowl, combine walnuts and wafer crumbs.
- Stir in BACARDI® Gold Rum and honey.
- Shape into 1" balls. Roll in Confectioners sugar. Store in a tightly covered container. Makes approximately 2-1/2 dozen.
